In the end the solution was pretty easy, we moved the installation of the PVS Target Device Software to the beginning of the runbook as we concluded it had to be something in the order the filter drivers where installed. Of course I searched on the knowledge base from RES Support and I found the following two articles but they didn’t solve this problem: I explained that I installed the Target Device Software using a method I blogged about earlier here. So I opened a ticket with our local heroes from RES Support (Thanks again Dennis!) and they went out of their way to give some support on this issue, I had to send a Instant Report to them so they could rebuild the environment.
